Cute newborn hoodie sweatshirt
My dear friend and colleague Linda has got a little baby boy so I was thinking of a nice baby gift. On ravelry I found the adorable newborn set by Justcrochet Designs. This cute pattern definitely deservers to be named better. The shorts would have been lovely, too but I ran out of yarn and time. I even had to frog another project to get enough yarn for finishing this sweatshirt.

Cute crochet Godzilla Amigurumi
To find a pattern for a good looking Godzilla Amigurumi is a bit difficult. You don’t want to have a dinosaur pretending to be a mighty Godzilla (Amazon link), neh! While browsing on ravelry I’ve found a really cute one. Even that I’m not blissfully happy with the result due to the yarn choice I made it’s lovely anyway.

Material used:
- Gründl Solé (Amazon link) in Green, Yellow, Dark Blue, Blue, Black and Light Pink
- Fibre fill (Amazon link)
- Yarn needle
Diamonds are a Godzilla’s best friend. Well, or maybe wooden Haba jewelry (Amazon link) in this case. My Godzilla Amigurumi had to wait some while to be done. Poor buddy. One reason surely would have been that I hate the assembly part when there are a lot of elements to sew together. And for Godzilla-kun there are a lot of elements to be sewn together!
Twinkie Chan: Hello Kitty fingerless mittens
The heart aching part in having a lovely and kind trainee is that they have to leave again so soon. Oh my gosh! How fast 6 month went by. For a farewell gift I’ve made a pair of Hello Kitty fingerless mittens for her.
Pattern source: The mittens are based on the »Strawberry Mittens« pattern from Twinkie Chan’s book Crochet Goodies for Fashion Foodies (Amazon link)
Material used:
- Gründl Solé (Amazon link) in Pink, Weiß (White), Rot (Red), Schwarz (Black) and Gelb (Yellow)

HELLOHappy: Pretty Pokémon Sylveon Scarf
Do you know HELLOHappy? She’s selling sugar sweet patterns on etsy and on ravelry and there are even some patterns available for free. One example for a free pattern is the »Pretty Pokemon Sylveon Scarf«. I was looking for a »yarn eater« project to reduce my Gründl Solé in green. After finishing this scarf all green was used up, mission completed! I will definitely do this again using the original colors as it’s my favorite scarf right now. ♡

Funny lemon Amigurumi
My little contribution to the topic »Sour makes funny«. I have a funny little project running together with three colleagues where we are working on a cook book with only vegetarian recipes. Therefore we do cook together and create decorations for each topic.

Tiny mouse Amigurumi
A quick little birthday gift for a fellow student of hubby. I really liked how the little one turned out. Such a fun and quick project! You can make it in no time with just a small amount of yarn. I guess it would make a great toy for a cat, too if you stitch on the eyes instead of using buttons.

- Schachenmayr Catania Grande (Amazon link) in Zimt (Cinnamon) and Cyclam (Cyclamen)
- 2 tiny buttons in light blue

Crochet colorful fireworks market bag
I wish you could simply burn loose ends. I absolutely love the bag but I will never ever crochet this bag again using more than two colors. I’ve been sewing in ends for several days using my four changing colors. What a mad idea using four colors. I’ve added a girly edge to the bag to make it look more sweet as well as a pretty little butterfly.
