No-face hexagon
A creepy spirit and a friend
The story behind No-face or Kaonashi カオナシ as it is called in Japanese leaves room for speculation. In the Japanese version of the movie No-face gets his name later and is only called to be a spirit before. When he throws golden nuggets around and is therefore loved by all bath house workers but can’t win Sen for this he turns into some mad and evil monster. In Japanese culture he looses his face by showing off his emotions that way. He is then called Kaonashi, No-face.
Kaonashi is a character invented by Kabushiki Kaisha Studio Ghibli and therefore all rights do belong to them. This pattern is for private use only. You are not allowed to sell this pattern or items made by using it.

Place the eyes as well as the eye paint elements on your hexagon. Use your stitch markers to pin them temporarily on your hexagon. Sew on each part using the loose ends. Please leave a bit of room between the eyes and the bottom parts of the eye paint to be able to add the grey shades between them later.

Ch 6, sc, hdc 3, sc, sl in same st, f/o leaving a long tail for sewing
Sew the mouth on your hexagon using the loose end.
Shades 3x (Grey)
